HOW A DELIVERY WORKS
A simple four-step delivery.
The hotel decides which items can be sent and how staff handle exceptions.

Load
A staff member checks the item, places it in a compartment and chooses the destination.

Travel
The robot follows its mapped indoor route and uses tested connections.

Handover
The recipient follows the pickup instructions. Notifications depend on the setup.

Return
The robot returns to its standby or charging point.
CONNECTIONS
Connections are checked for each hotel.
Wi-Fi, Ethernet and 4G are documented. Lift, phone and other hotel-system connections must be checked before they are included.

Lift and telephone
Compatibility, approval, installation and testing are required.
